The only material on this website that is copyright is Dr Freeman’s book, “The Catastrophe of Coma: a way back”. The copyright resides with Dr Freeman, who has given his permission to the NBIF to publish his book on the Web. The Web version of Dr Freeman's book may be the reproduced in whole or in part for individual or training purposes. Reproduction for commercial usage or sale requires prior written permission from Dr Freeman. Permission may be sought by writing to the NBIF.
